Our setup process is simple. You can fill out our online carrier packet, which includes your MC/DOT number, insurance information, and W-9 form. It takes just a few minutes to complete.

We offer standard 30-day payment terms. We also provide a Quick Pay option for a small fee, which ensures payment is sent within 24-48 hours of us receiving a clean proof of delivery.

Carriers must have a minimum of $1,000,000 in auto liability insurance and $100,000 in cargo insurance. We also require that our brokerage be listed as a certificate holder.

ADL loads can be primarily found on DAT. In the future, carriers will have access to a secure portal where they can book loads in confidence.

You can provide a POD through your email chain with whatever broker you are connected with. If you encounter any issues, please reach out to our accounting team.

Carrier Requirements.

  • Operating Authority

    To partner with us, carriers must possess a valid MC/MX or FF number with at least six months of active authority. For interstate operations, a valid USDOT number is also required.

  • Insurance Coverage

    We require our partners to hold a minimum of $1,000,000 in general liability insurance, $1,000,000 in auto liability insurance, and $100,000 in cargo insurance. All insurance policies must list [Your Brokerage Name] as a certificate holder.

  • Safety & Compliance

    All carriers must maintain a satisfactory safety rating from the FMCSA. We cannot partner with any carrier that has a Conditional or Unsatisfactory rating. You must also maintain a strong CSA score and be in good standing with all state and federal regulations.

  • Required Documentation

    Before we can begin working together, you'll need to provide a completed and signed Broker-Carrier Agreement, a W-9 form, a copy of your Motor Carrier Operating Authority, and proof of your insurance certificates.

  • Operating Standards

    Our partners are expected to maintain open and professional communication with our team, adhere to all agreed-upon pick-up and delivery schedules, and ensure the security and safe transport of all cargo.
